Joanne is a Yoga Teacher (BWY Dip) with over 6 years teaching experience, and a Registered Nutritional Therapist (BSc(Hons)), mBANT,CNHC. She combines these two passions to teach yoga and advise people on relaxation and nutrition for optimum health and performance.
Yoga Classes - Hatha style, always with relaxation at the end. Designed to energise, stretch and relax.

Restorative yoga - Deep relaxing yoga, Joanne trained and qualified with Judith Hanson Lasater.
Nutritional Therapy - Specifically for yoga teachers and yoga students, Joanne advises on issues in areas such as digestion, energy, stress and hormones, This can involve food advice and Functional Medicine scientific testing, such as digestive stool tests and blood tests.
