I have been practising yoga for over 20 years ,
and been teaching for 10 years. .

I hold the British Wheel of Yoga Teacher Diploma and am the BWY representative for the area of Hampshire North.

I believe yoga is of benefit and can be enjoyed and practiced by everyone .

my classes are friendly, Students are mixed ages and abilities.
