A mixed level yoga class. Joyful and mindful Hatha Yoga focusing on good alignment to help a safe practice and to be supportive of each student as an individual so that they become aware if their own respective needs to empower and uplift.
Yoga poses and movements are always given at varying levels and with adaptations to suit each individual.
Beginners and more experienced students welcome. Not suitable for pregnant ladies (please see my pregnancy yoga class instead).

Adult Yoga classes – Joyful and mindful Hatha Yoga focusing on good alignment to help a safe practice and to be supportive of each student as an individual so that they become aware if their own respective needs to empower and uplift.
Pregnancy Yoga classes – Classes are a place to come to relax, unwind, meet other pregnant ladies. Classes include: movement to support your pregnancy, positive birthing, active birthing, relaxation and breathing techniques to support your body and mind through pregnancy, labour and birth. and to prepare for motherhood.
Mum and Baby Yoga Classes- Gentle, fun, yoga movement and relaxation classes for babies, their mums (or dads/carers). Classes help new mums stretch, and tone and rejuvenate. Yoga is adapted to suit all levels and experience of yoga and postnatal health.
Baby Massage Classes - Friendly classes for parents to learn a head to toe Baby Massage routine which promotes loving touch and builds confidence in handling, understanding and bonding with your baby.
