Luisa is a certified yoga teacher, herbalist and ayurvedic pregnancy counsellor, director of Glasbren and more than anything a wholehearted mother. Over many years in India, Luisa deeply immersed in meditation, which slowly has become embedded in her every act of life. The ongoing committed practice alone gave her the ability to successfully guide others during meditation and grounding. For any of her students she wishes at least every now and then during her classes to reach the present moment, that space inside that does not plan, think or does anything other than IS, to at least for this moment feel themselves, how peaceful and beautiful they are.
