Monday class - start your week with a yoga flow that will energise your body. Slow movement to stretch and strengthen. Suitable to new to yoga as well as more advanced yogis, options of poses will be given to suit every levels. Each week is themed to focus on different part of the body to find weaknesses and strengths and progress into improving flexibility, tone and overall well-being. Term time only.
