I teach hatha yoga that is calm and soothing, strong and alignment-focused, mindful and balanced, and accessible to all levels. Classes are suitable for beginners, and for anyone who wants to explore the strength and space in slowing down. You’ll find a relaxed space and a supportive approach that will help you move towards balance, resilience and ease. There are so many benefits of yoga and I look forward to supporting your journey towards wellness.
