Build Strength, stamina and mental focus! This class will help you develop a strong movement based practice that incorporates the sun salutation sequence to warm up. This will be followed by standing balances to strengthen the lower limbs and joints, followed by core work and seated postures and finally a relaxing finish to allow you to surrender into stillness. An excellent class for those who like a dynamic session and would like to explore the many different postures of the Ashtanga yoga series. A mind, body, spirit practice.

Trained in India, 500 hours and teaches Mandala Vinyasa, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Rocket Yoga and Power Yoga. 10 Years experience of teaching yoga full time and training others to pursue their own dreams of teaching this sacred way of life at a studio in Essex.
