Every Monday I teach a relaxing evening flow in the gorgeous upstairs room of The Balham Bowls Club, around a 5 minute walk from Balham station.
Come and unwind after your Monday, taking some time for yourself on your mat. My classes tend to start with a little bit of energy and a slightly dynamic flow, to help build up some heat in the body and a lovely, positive energy in the room, before gently slowing things down and really helping you relax into your Monday evening and we bring it all down to the mat.
Each class is different and requests are always welcome if there's a certain area you would like to focus on or anything poses in particular you would like to work towards.
The classes run every week from 7:30pm-8:30pm, just drop me a message beforehand if you would like to come along, or if you'd rather just turn up on the evening that is always an option too.

My name is Indi Mountain and I am the founder of Indi River Flows, I am a 200hr Certified Multi-Style yoga teacher, specialising in Vinyasa Flow, Hatha and Restorative yoga.
I started practicing yoga in 2013 and found yoga instantly had such an amazing and positive impact on my life. Over the years my once weekly practice developed into so much more, eventually leading me to India where I did my yoga teacher training in 2018 with Trimurti Yoga School.
My love for yoga and desire to teach stemmed from my personal relationship with it, and the mental clarity it has provided me over the years, which is what lead me to do my yoga teacher training - so I can teach and inspire others, much like many of the yoga teachers I have had over the years have done for me.
