My name is Nikki and I am an experienced primary school and special needs teacher and accredited children's yoga and chair based yoga teacher.
I became a yoga teacher as I want to support children's health and well being, helping them to manage the stress and worries of day to day life giving them the tools and skills they require for the future.
I run community classes on Monday nights and Saturday mornings plus family yoga monthly on Sundays.
I also work within schools, preschools, nurseries run 1-1 sessions for children with additional needs and anxiety.
