These dynamic classes link movement with the breath to create a flowing sequence that will increase your strength and flexibility.
Class Style: We work through the foundations including the Sun Salutations and warriors and then layer on top with a sequence that varies each week that allows you to progress to a level that is right for you. We have fun with balances and there is as much focus on developing strength as there is in increasing flexibility.
Modifications are given to suit all levels, allowing individual progression in a group class environment.
