The class is great for mothers….
Opening tense, cramped muscles, boosting energy, strengthening pelvic and core abdominal muscles, relieving stress and anxiety, supporting good posture and breathing.
For baby’s… their first taste of yoga. Baby yoga helps strengthen all of your baby’s bodily systems, including the nervous system and digestive system and relieving symptoms of colic, wind and constipation, which may help your baby become more settled, which in turn can help with sleep. Yoga can also help heal any birth trauma.
A time for mother and baby to have quality relaxation, to nurture the bond between mother and baby.
The class is also a time to have fun with your baby, meeting other mums and babies , and a chance to share motherhood experiences.
This will be starting Thursday 18th September 11-11.45 at The Old Ambulance, Quary Hill, Falmouth.
Allow time to chat and eat cake at the end please.

I have been practicing and teaching yoga for several years. My training has been in Anusara, which is a flowing, dynamic, heart-felt practice; Anusara meaning flowing with grace.
