f you enjoy the physical challenge or workout that yoga can bring, this is the class for you! The room is warm, not hot for this class, but be prepared to sweat as you will create internal heat! Sweat out the stress from your day as you gain flexibility, balance, endurance & strength.
All levels welcome, basic knowledge of yoga is recommended.
