These small group classes focus on a termly theme and explore various yoga practices and yoga philosophy.
Classes may include yoga asana and mindful movement, breathing practices, guided relaxation and meditation. Classes are adapted to suit the needs and interests of the group.
Jackie is a very experienced and fully trained yoga teacher, and yoga therapist (CNHC registered).

Jackie has been teaching yoga for over 20 years. She qualified at both Beginners and Intermediate levels with Integral Yoga Dorset, and has taken additional training in 'Yoga for M.E and Chronic Fatigue'. She has been practising as a yoga therapist for over six years, following completion of a two year post-graduate intensive training with Real Yoga. She is a yoga therapy course tutor and is a Board member for the BCYT (British Council for Yoga Therapy)
She has completed over 1,000 hours of training.
Jackie offers a variety of small group classes, 1to1 yoga therapy sessions, and training for yoga teachers.
