Mum and baby yoga classes involve a combination of post natal yoga, baby yoga and mum and baby moves. Sessions arw friendly , relaxed and informative. Tea and cake to end giving mums chance to chat, fwed babies and make new friends. Classes are run in 6 week courses. Contact me for details of the next start date
