Emma offers dynamic and restorative yoga classes open to all levels. Her classes are based on Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga.
Emma also teaches Yoga for Children, helping kids to stretch, relax and focus - using games, songs and stories. Kids yoga encourages creativity, concentration and body awareness and regular practice helps children develop healthy bodies and calm minds.
