A postnatal yoga class with a focus on reconditioning your body after giving birth. We address wrists, arms, shoulders, chest and core to relieve lower back and upper chest tightness that comes with the first year of motherhood. The babies get to play along with us in this fun class too, with gentle massage to relieve colic and prompt developmental movement, peeka-boo cat cow, horsey lunge and sing along.
The class is suitable for new mums with babes after their GP check to crawling.
