Mum and Baby yoga classes are a great way to get back into exercising. Gentle yoga moves are modified for you and your baby to do together in a warm and relaxed environment.

Deirdre has an interest in running and dance and has developed specific yoga programmes for runners, golfers, dancers and footballers. She has also worked with the Meath Local Sports Partnership. Deirdre's Classes will aim to build strength, flexibility and balance through a variety of poses.One to one yoga classes are also available.
