Mysore (or self-practice) is a unique kind of yoga class, in which the teacher does not stand in the front giving instructions, but the students work through a sequences at their own pace, with a teacher to support the practice with adjustments and one-to-one explanations.
This class is suitable for all levels, also beginners, and the teacher will help you to get started and learn the order of the poses. As the length of practice varies from person to person there is no set start and end time - so feel free to come and leave when it suits you (note that you need to be finished by 8.30 a.m.).
Doors open from 6.30. Call or text me at 07906537943 to book.

I have practiced yoga for seven years under the guidance of senior Ashtanga teachers: Joey Miles, Donna Southwell and Matt Ryan. I did my teacher training at Triyoga London with Joey and with Anna Ashby and have been teaching yoga in Manchester and Preston for several years.
Yoga has now become a part of my life, both in the physical practice and in its philosophy. I feel yoga has brought many positive changes in my life, from my outlook on the future, to how I can deal with problems and how I relate with other people.
I would like to share this great practice and its benefits with as many people as possible.
