I have been interested in the extraordinary since my early teens. I was fortunate enough to have the courage to go for my life at a young age. Early on my travels as a teenager I encountered the Dharma and that is what my life has been about ever since. I teach a full schedule of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga classes in London, offer Teacher Training courses twice a year, teach monthly meditation classes and support Lucid Living - an organisation for awakening, enlightenment and life.
