Mystical Hatha Yoga at Peasmarsh Memorial Hall, every Tuesday from 5:30pm-6:45pm.
Every week we will work on something new, connecting our body and mind to the rhythm of the natural world. Following the 8 solar holidays of the year, the moon phases, weather etc we will work with asanas, pranayama and yoga philosophy to all learn (or just remember) parts of ourself that connect us deeper to the divine.
This class is open to all-levels, all people, the hall is spacious and airy. At the moment it is bring your own mat and is £7 per class, including a Chakra Card where you can receive your eighth class free.

Mystical Yoga is a Hatha based practice guided by India Terry, inspired by nature. This practice is offered to re-connect you to your whole being, your body, breath and Spirit; whilst connecting you to the world around you. The practice’s theme is guided by the solar calendar (seasons), weather, and moon phase; with the intention of re-aligning ourselves to nature. This brings us deeper into our Yoga, our unity. Mystical Yoga is open to all, with options given throughout. If you have particular needs for your practice: please communicate these to India before the class begins. Please bring mats, blanket, pillow; anything that makes you feel comfortable! India will have extra props available.
India has been practicing Yoga since she was 13 and is an experienced, 500hour trained teacher, leading regular classes, workshops and retreats in East Sussex.
