Scaravelli inspired Yoga involves a deep personal process of transformation through developing awareness of, and exploring and simplifying relationships between the pull of gravity and the body. In these classes we will treat the body as a whole structure, rather than its component parts. We will be less interested in achieving a certain posture per se but will be more interested in the journey of getting there. This work is deeply rewarding at so many levels and can help to achieve freedom in the joints to help alleviate stiffness or pain. The class is open to all levels of ability.

Hi, I’m Tanya and I specialise in teaching Ashtanga Style and more gentle Hatha Style yoga alongside meditation and mindfulness practices.
I run classes in Blackwater, Hawley and Windlesham. I am also available for private tuition at my own yoga studio located within my peaceful cottage on the Surrey/ Hants / Berks border.
