This is a slow yoga class where we harmonise breath with movement. Perfect for those who are beginning a yoga practice or have been practising a while but appreciate good alignment instruction at a pace that enables mindful movement. We will take our time over this five week course to practice sequences that help you build strength, flexibility along with learning how to let go of stress and deeply relax. I have been practising yoga for thirty years and teaching for over ten years and it's the best job in the world to me despite it NEVER feeling like work. I am registered with Yoga alliance professionals as a Senior Yoga teacher which is their highest level of accreditation. Having moved to from London to Southampton during lockdown it's so exciting to have shifted from teaching in busy studios and packed church halls to providing smaller friendly classes in a boutique space I've built in my back garden. After the isolation and weirdness of lockdown it's so beautiful to create a nurturing environment where we can all reconnect to ourselves and each other again.
