The actual yoga will be based on the Ashtanga sequences with adaptations for those who need it , so is suitable for all levels from beginner to intermediate

Hi and namaste , my name is James and im a teacher of 15years full-time and life long lover of yoga !
I live on a narrowboat operating a vegan cafe in my spare time, travelling the canals of southern England
Ive taught all age and client groups from 18months to 95years and everyone else in between.
Including 10years in special needs schools and corporate, private and rehabilitation sessions
Teach with a clear, friendly , all-inclusive approach and make the yoga fun , safe and accessible for all according to individual needs
Am currently offering 1-2-1's onboard, workshops and bespoke sessions near you plus online asana and yoga nidra sessions. Either as a group, solo, couples etc via video
Pre pandemic used to travel internationally where ive taught in Colombia and completed teacher trainings in Europe etc
Main yoga styles and influences , Ashtanga and Haha , also qualified in Kundalini
