Classical Hatha Yoga offers a mindful practice, focusing on the breath and become more aware of our body. Taking time to go deeper into stretches and let go of tension, as well as strengthening standing postures. You are encouraged to listen to your needs and enjoy the practice.

I am passionate about the difference yoga can make to our lives. Having previously worked in PR I had experienced stress and anxiety. When I spent time at an ayurvedic yoga centre in India I discovered the benefits of yoga to both our mental and physical health. It has completely changed my life (to the extent that I left my old job and trained to teach!) and I want to share that with others so they too can experience what yoga has to offer.
