This class is held in a lovely yoga studio in a quiet neighbourhood. It is a is a traditional, slow paced, meditative class in Hatha yoga. Typically the class will include pranayama (yogic breathing exercises), Surya Namaskar (sun salutations) and a variety of different yoga asanas, depending on the level of experience and ability of the participants. The class ends with several minutes of deep relaxation.
Classes are led in English and Hebrew. Visitors are welcome!
