This is gentle relaxed class you can do with your baby and is both a class for mum just as much as for your baby. This class helps the mother's stretch, strengthen and re-energise as well as gently stretching baby, encouraging baby's development through tactile stimluation, improving physical development and helping with sleep. It is a great way to bond with your little one as well as sharing this time with other new mums and their babies. I find this is a really chatty class and I help with techniques that can assist your baby with common ailments such as wind, colic etc.
