This wonderfully peaceful and calm Yoga class comprises Meditation & Yoga practice for those Yogi's wishing to practice their yoga and meditation skills in a supportive and friendly environment together with like-minded individuals.
PLEASE NOTE: This session is suitable for beginners and also for Yogis who wish to delve a little deeper into their Yoga and Meditation Practice. As such each week the Yoga practice/philosophy and style of Meditation included in the class WILL VARY. it is also directed by Student requests as appropriate. In this class we enrich our Yoga and meditation practice together. Please contact me for the exact content of this class when you book the session.

My name is Louise Fenner and I am a Hatha Vinyasa and Hot Yoga Teacher. I am an accredited Meditation Teacher with the British School of Meditation (BsoM)
I also teach Tai Chi Shibashi, Yoga Nidra, Seated Yoga and Menopause Yoga (MY).
I teach live "in-person" and online classes in Bristol with an emphasis on supporting complete beginners as they take that exciting first step onto their mats and onwards into the wonderful world of Yoga practice.
I run my own dedicated Yoga Studio in Chipping Sodbury, Bristol.
Here, my passion is to grow and nurture a thriving Yoga Community to bring like-minded individuals together, aiming to support them in their Yoga journey both on and off their mats.
