Pilates is like MOT for the body, preventing injuries, building strong power house - your core. I like using props, weights, bands to make it little more effective, but it's about the control and execution of the exercise rather than speed.

I love different body movements from simple walking and cycling to the loud drums and fast hip movement of samba. Yoga has changed my life and along with pilates help keep the body strong and stable.
Since I started practising my life became more grounded. It is a holistic practice, the connection of breath and movement, the physical challenge of an inversion and the quietness of mind in meditation or pranyama. What makes it different from other classes is being present aware of our body and mind state today. And we can adjust our practice each time as long as we practice regularly all is coming. Yoga is for every body, yoga is for life. I teach dynamic vinyasa, power yoga, rocket yoga, yin yoga, flow to restore and restorative yoga.
As for pilates, I believe it's like an MOT for the body. Enabling you to build a strong, functional and stable body and core - the body power house.
What makes teaching most rewarding is building relationships and even friendshis with students, seeing them grow stronger in all aspects of life.
