Post natal yoga guides new mothers through their recovery after pregnancy and birth. Classes are for mum and baby.
These mum-focused classes are dedicated to helping you rebuild core and pelvic strength, ease achy shoulders and back and find some time to breathe. We work through a flowing yoga practice designed specifically for new mums, with time to interact with baby (if they are awake!). It allows you time to connect with your breath, develop techniques to relax, and find a space to restore and re-energise together.

Hello! I'm Roisin. I'm a yoga teacher based in Winchmore Hill, North London. Here’s a bit about me:
My Style:
My teaching style is based on Vinyasa Flow Yoga, which means movement with breath. My classes are breath focused, and combine freedom of movement with alignment and stability. My areas of specialist interest are women’s health (primarily around fertility, pregnancy and post natal recovery). I am also very passionate about breath, and spend a lot of time learning and researching the benefits of breath within yoga.
My background:
I have been practicing yoga for about 7 years, and decided to train to become a teacher after realising the profound impact yoga has on my life. I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga London in 2015, and went on to further my education by qualifying as a pregnancy and post natal teacher. I have spent a lot of time developing my knowledge on various training courses, retreats and workshops, and the more I learn, the more I love what the world of yoga has to offer.
My offering:
Let me be clear - anyone can practice yoga. I focus on creating an inclusive space in my classes. There's no judgement. Everyone has their own stuff going on, their own reason to come to the mat. My role is to provide students a space to breathe, find calm, and let go. And more often than not, everyone leaves feeling better than when they arrived.
