this class is suitable from 6 weeks to crawling. Mums have a warm up stretch including pelvic floor work. The babies then have a stretch, we sing some rhymes, have fun and a laugh, then the babies relax/play while mums do a little more stretching. The class ends with joint relaxation/feeding.
