This New class is designed to support you and your baby in your post natal period. It is an opportunity for you and your baby to recover, restore, relax and discover each other.
Post Natal Yoga Classes Include:
• Pelvic floor education
• Abdominal and core strengthening
• Postural awareness
• Breath Awareness
• Relaxation
• Coffee , Cake and chat
This class focuses on Mum, but babies don’t run on a time table, so please feel free to stop and feed, change, be with your baby, when they need you.
