POSTNATAL ‘Mother and Baby’ YOGA focuses on restorative yoga postures designed for women to align their body following birth, to strengthen core muscles and learn techniques to relax. We will also explore gentle stretching and massage techniques for your baby, improving coordination, encouraging physical development and to stimulate digestive processes.
