Pregnancy yoga classes nourish both mother and unborn baby through gentle flowing movement and breath work with relaxation.
The class encourages you to adapt to the changes of pregnancy, both physically and emotionally, by giving you the space to slow down, tune into yourself and prepare for what lies ahead.
By practising pregnancy yoga you will become more familiar with your body, which encourages a confidence in your body when it comes to birthing your baby.
