I am passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with clients. Incorporating a regular yoga practice into even the busiest of lives has so many benefits including increased flexibility, strength and muscle tone. Beyond this yoga can help to increase focus, calm the nervous system and assist us in dealing with the stresses and challenges of life.
I offer 1:1 private and small group sessions in the comfort of your own home or office; group classes in Angel and South Wimbledon; and corporate well being packages in London. I teach vinyasa flow, restorative, pregnancy and postnatal yoga.
