Mum & baby yoga from 6 weeks to 9 months (from 12 weeks if had a c-section)
Exercises & postures for both mum & baby to:-
Relax mum & baby
Improve feeding & sleeping for baby
Provide quality time for bonding
Stengthen, tone & stretch muscles for mum
Promote baby's mental & physical development
Exercises also focused on diastasis recti, backache, pelvic floor and posture

I have been teaching yoga since 2006 and run classes in Croydon. I teach mindfulness and meditation and snippets of anatomy and physiology. I love to use music to suit each class and choose it carefully. My classes are varied and fun.
