Wednesday evening is a flow class starting with warm up exercises, Sun Salutations & closing with core then relaxation / guided visualisation /breathing technique. Current music & options for all abilities, previous experience is useful but not necessary - will bring up your temperature & your fitness, strength & stamina. Ideally bring along a towel & some water.
Thursday morning is a Hatha yoga class, introduction to breathing techniques, working through various asanas, attention to alignment & technique. Closing with a relaxation technique. Suitable for all levels, a gentle pace, designed to work all aspects of the body & to leave you energised for the day!
