Power yoga will help you to build flexibility, endurance and strength through a moving meditation. It has a flowing 'vinyasa' style where the focus is on the flow from one pose to the next, rather than approaching each pose on it's own.
It has an energetic feel and has a fitness-based approach to yoga which enables possibilities for all abilities. We will end with a 5-10 minute relaxation process to leave you feeling calm, centred and ready to face your day!

We end with a relaxation process to leave you feeling calm, centred and ready to face your day! ? Ali teaches mixed ability yoga classes, as well as corporate and private Client 1-2-1s. She has real skill for enabling you to find and explore your own yoga practice. She often reminds her participants that yoga is not the pose alone, it is the practice: knowing when to challenge, and when to pull back. Classes are in person on Sunday mornings in Haslemere or on Zoom.
