I have been teaching for 8 years and have experience working with professional athletes in one to one and squad situations.
I provide public classes in Ashtanga and Power Yoga. I am in the process of adding Yin Yoga and meditation classes.
I also have experience of teaching yoga and meditation in schools.
I have extensive experience of adapting postures and sequences to meet personal clients needs working on a one to one basis.
