According to yogic literature, the breath is the link between the body and the mind. Pranayama or the science of working with the breath, helps you breathe properly, gain more energy, uplifts your mood and focuses your mind.

Generally recommended for students with some exposure to yoga.

Classical Hatha Yoga in Seattle with Arundhati

Arundhati is a classically trained Yoga teacher from India with extensive training from Mysore and Pune (Iyengar lineage). She now resides in the greater Seattle area and spread her knowledge of Yoga and its philosophy to everyone in the community through her studio Aham Yoga. She's also a yoga author and dance performer and has been teaching for over 8 years.
She conducts classes for all age groups including kids and pre-natal women and covers a broad variety of topics from aasana and pranayama to yoga nidra & yoga philosophy through her classes and workshops.
