A class designed for soon-to-be mums, in order to build strength, improve balance and help to relieve new tensions that are bound to occur along the way in your ever-changing body. A main focus will be on breath awareness and development, which is an excellent tool to use in labour. However, if you arrive to class and you simply need to savasana your way through the whole hour then have it your way!
Warning!!! May create lifelong friendships and cause laughing until you wee. (it's why you need to learn about your pelvic floor ;))
