Flowing Pregnancy Yoga Class that teaches breathing techniques, strengthens the core, pelvis, hips and thighs in preparation for birth. The postures create space in the body and brings some gentle movement coordinated with the breath to help move fluid. It will also helps to achieve a better nights sleep and a general feeling of wellness in the body.

All classes begin by connecting to the breath, then warm up the body with Sun Salutation variations and use the breath to flow from one posture to the next, ending in Savasana. All postures can be modified to suit individuals & classes are suitable for all levels.
