A steady, relaxed class, for all abilities. Each class contains several elements:
1. stretches and movement, to strengthen and promote physical well being. Physical practices are specially adapted to suit pregnant women's needs. and also include adaptations for some of the uissues of pregnancy e.g. back pain, sleeping problems, leg cramps, pelvic instability.
2. Breathing techniques and meditations for mental and emotional balance, stress management and pain management.
3. Relaxation to nourish yourself, bond with the baby and prepare for motherhood.
4. birth preparation (physical, mental and emotional)
5. meditations and affirmations to encourage a positive pregnancy and birth experience.
