My name is Katia Kaur and I am a Karam Kriya qualified kundalini yoga instructor.
I am also a Lush Tums accredited pregnancy yoga teacher.
Kundalini & pregnancy yoga is deeply healing on many levels
(spiritually, physically and emotionally).
I teach 3 yoga classes per week in Hove, Brighton (East Sussex).
I am also a massage therapist.
