A class to prepare you for labour and beyond, and keep you fit and well during your pregnancy. With opportunities to learn breathing techniques and varying positions to help with your labour, as well as visualisations and relaxation techniques. A wonderful way to unwind and spend time with your baby in the womb, and make friends with other mums to be in your local area too.
