A gentle yoga class focusing on yoga breathing, stretching, yoga postures suitable for pregnancy and labour and always finishing with a guided relaxation/visualisation.

I'm a qualified Yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance) and Pregnancy Yoga teacher (YTI).
I began my yoga journey approx 20 years ago and found it gave me a sense of wellness both physically and mentally. I studied Sivananda, Astanga and Hatha Flow with Marianne Jacuzzi in Monkstown. In Oct 2007 I embarked on a yoga teacher training programme in the Elbowroom graduating in Aug 2008. I took my first step into the world of teaching yoga to my work colleagues in 2009. In 2010 I left my corporate job to teach yoga full-time & I'm loving it !
I continue to attend regular workshops for my own learning and progression - Matthew Sweeney, Arlene Jennering, James Higgins, Betsey Downing, John Friend, Dharma Mittra, Sebastian Pucelle & Meghan Currie. I completed my pregnancy yoga training with Trish Malone in Feb 2011.
My Hatha based classes are fluid, progressive and intuitive with emphasis on breathwork. Each class finishes with a guided relaxation as I believe its vitally important as a means of integrating all thats happened in the class and ensuring that the student leaves the class in a relaxed state of body and mind.
