In our pregnancy yoga class we focus on keeping your body healthy through pregnancy and learn techniques to help you through a happy and healthy pregnancy and birth for you and your baby. Also available Birth Rehearsal workshops for one or both parents. We will go through labour and birth positions, relaxation and breathing techniques to help you prepare for the big day!

Sole 2 Soul Yoga is run by Lisa Colclough covering North Warwickshire, Birmingham and surrounding areas. Classes and styles vary - Ashtanga, Hatha, vinyasa, children's, babies, pregnancy and special needs.
I have been practicing yoga for 14 years, starting with Iyenger yoga and then Ashtanga vinyasa yoga. I have taught in a variety of settings including gyms, village hall, leisure centre and yoga studios. I am passionate about passing on my enthusiasm and love for yoga - with the many benefits it brings to mind, body and spirit. see my website for full details. I am fully insured and CRB checked.
I am available for tailored one to one (or one to many sessions) or for workplace sessions or one off events. Personalised sessions and monthly beginners workshops are held in my yoga studio 'the yoga shack' which is a modern, heated studio in a lovely rural setting in Nether Whitacre, North Warwickshire (near to Coleshill). I have 2 aerial yoga swings which can be used for all or part of a session.
