Enjoy time to connect with your baby and prepare yourself for Labour, birth and motherhood.
We will practice breathing techniques, yoga postures to help alleviate minor ailments in pregnancy and help to prepare the body and mind for birth. Classes are suitable from 15 weeks up to birth.

I am fully qualified and experienced Hatha yoga teacher specialising in pregnancy, postnatal and fertility yoga. I teach regular local classes and am available for one to one, as well as group sessions.
