Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy yoga is a calming and low impact class designed for those in their second and third trimesters. The class focuses on toning and supporting key muscles, and the pelvic floor while in a deeply relaxing environment. You will share the class with others who are going through this journey together and preparing for birth with the aid of yoga and meditation.
During this class you will learn about breathing techniques that aid in labour as well as strengthening the pelvic floor and easing back pain. You will also have the opportunity to improve fitness and flexibility in a safely modified practice, while incorporating meditative techniques to relax and calm your mind and body.
