In these classes, you will learn techniques to release tension from your muscles and joints and ease any discomfort from the extra weight you are carrying. It will also prepare you for the birth. You will practice the most effective positions and breathing techniques to adopt during labour.
Suitable for all women from 12 weeks of pregnancy with or without prior experience of yoga.

I started yoga over 20 years ago and over the years have studied with a variety of teachers from a range of different traditions.
I hold a teaching diploma from the Inner Yoga Trust which is accredited by BWY.
My focus is on the healing and transformative power of yoga and my classes are both fun and nurturing.
