Pregnancy Yoga suitable anytime following your 12-week scan, right up until birth. All levels welcome, many students who come along are complete beginners. Also suitable for students experiencing pelvic girdle pain. Classes are limited to 8 students to ensure individual attention. Each class consists of a 45-minute yoga practice, a 15-minute guided relaxation.

An experienced teacher of 8 years, I work primarily with women on a 1-1 and small group basis, at studios in Kenilworth and Southam. Sessions are designed for the student, addressing specific physical and mental goals or concerns. I teach mindfulness and meditation in an accessible way, with a focus on stress reduction. Physically, I focus on improving strength and mobility where necessary, as well as releasing tension in the body. Classes and events are always capped to a maximum of 8 students to ensure a personalised experience.
